Returns
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at 92fine29@gmail.com.

International Orders
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
